While I came from a family where no one had a degree, I have a PhD. Still, I was really scared when I decided to sue an employer for age and gender discrimination. I did not know any lawyers growing up. Lawyers, to me, were those mean, shifty people who we all watched on sitcoms and TV courtroom dramas. They were those unethical people about whom lawyer jokes were written. I was pleasantly surprised to see quite the opposite when Bohm Law Group represented me.
