After tripping and breaking several fingers in 2018, I knew that I was going to need representation. I did my research before selecting an attorney, and I was not disappointed with my choice. Ram Fletcher is the best attorney in San Jose – I seriously could not have asked for a better attorney. I first spoke with Ram over the phone where he asked me a few questions about my hand. Then, he met with me in his office and explained things in great detail, answered all of my questions, and gave me feedback about my potential case. Throughout the mediation process, which was now during the Pandemic era, Ram checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable with every number offered or counter offered. And when we finally settled, he worked diligently to ensure that I promptly received payment. Ram even negotiated to get my medical fees reduced!
