I really truly appreciate the help that this company has given me. They truly care about my situation and have done everything they could to help me and to be patient with me. I'm truly thankful for them, all of them!! If I had any advice, as a client, I would say just make sure you understand ALLLLLL the cost and details of the case and what is expected of you and what happens if you don't!! I am going into a second bankruptcy because the first was dismissed but I am going in with a better understanding and I do expect that this will have the outcome as desired. The staff at Borowitz and Clark truly do you have a desire to help you in your situation and I am truly thankful for them.

Dealing with debt can be a stressful situation. Specially when it starts to compound and being served complaints for court and all. I was worried about my situation and still am leading to my review. However, Barry and his team have put my mind at ease with his experience in the field. In times that you feel like your drowning they will pull you out and reassure you, and won’t sugar coat anything. I appreciate this firms skillful service and would recommend it to anyone feeling the same.

I reached out to them for help with some collection companies I have been having trouble with and although they replied to my inquiry promptly, they stopped helping me when I mentioned I wasn't interested in bankruptcy or payment options but needed legal assistance they replied "thank you for your response" and I never heard from them again. Just know that the only service they help with is bankruptcy which I personally wouldn't recommend so keep doing your research. Update: This is in response to the emotional response from the owner. I was in touch with Debra Pena until Feb 7, 2023 at 11:41am. There is a contradiction saying they do not having anyone with my information in their system but then saying they have been unable to reach me multiple times which is untrue. I appreciate that they did their homework in looking me up to discredit my review, I did reach out to a different company last year as I have a right to do so. I thank them for wishing me good luck, as I did find a firm who can help me. I will bump this review up to two stars because they do respond quickly. I know negative reviews can be emotional to businesses however, they should still try to proofread their responses before posting them. If the owner has any additional comments directed toward me, he has my email where I can be reached.

Cannot say enough of how great the care and professionalism given. A worrisome process because I had no idea the steps but Borowitz & Clark helped me get through it smoothly. My hat is off to them.

Very professional and courteous. They were able to answer all my questions and help me feel like I have control over my life again.
