If I could give 10 stars I would!! Melanie Bossie is a miracle worker. All of her office is very nice, professional and considerate of difficult situations. After getting completely robbed from our last attorney, Melanie has gone above and beyond getting our case re-opened and re-settled. All her advise she gave us all worked out the way she had hoped and her knowledge and experience really shows in her performance. She doesn't give up until she can't proceed any further. She definitely has your back on all avenues and knows what she is doing. If she doesn't know something she has the connections of people who will help her in challenging situations.

I can say many words to describe how great the whole team is at this Firm. But words cannot properly express the feeling of relief you get when you realize you have come upon the best possible representation at a time when you are somewhat lost and vulnerable. Because of some of the complexities in our case, there were several items that she took care of that did not result in any extra profit or gain for her - she did those things because it was the right thing to do!! - This is what experience, and high standards of integrity and ethics, looks and acts like! I have to point this out since many clients may never realize that she does things like this but will not make it a point to 'pat herself on the back'. A lesser Firm would just stop at the point of settlement. No one ever plans for needing services like this. But this Firm is by far the best that you can get for this specialty.
