I get to work with Bousquet Holstein through my role as executive director at Symphoria: The Orchestra of CNY. To a person, I find the team focused on solutions to help us be a stronger organization, and incredibly generous to the community through their work and charitable giving. No matter which person we work with - from leadership to new associates to marketing - we find so much generosity, wisdom, and kindness. We LOVE our partnership with their entire team! Can't recommend them enough!
This law firm is very unprofessional, no one gets back to you. They charge alot of money every time you try to contact them. Emilee is never there, never gets back to you and her assistant doesn't know whats going on. I sent back paperwork and they can't find it. Also Joshua Werbeck is very unprofessional to me and my real estate person. Very over priced!
I used them 3 years ago to create a Will and had a good experience. However, upon returning to them to update it recently, I was charged significantly more than I was to create it in the first place without any warning. This is likely due to the fact that instead of just simply updating it like I had asked for, they scratched the entire thing and created a new one. My recommendation would be to ask them up front what the approximate cost will be prior as their attorneys all have different rates, some of which are much more than others. I would especially do this if you have used them in the past and are expecting a certain rate. This will prevent you from being blindsided like I was. I personally will look elsewhere going forward.

I was looking for info on the firm for someone else and saw the one star review, so I had to add this one to counter. I came to BH PLLC when my family law (divorce/custody) attorney moved from another firm to this one. She has since moved on again to a nonprofit, but she recommended another attorney in the firm, and he's been great. My father used to joke that it was impossible to find an honest lawyer, but so far these two have proven him wrong, They're not cheap, obviously, but they're worth it. My first divorce attorney was independent and useless and cost me more money because of his screwups, even though he said he would be cheaper. Plus they put a high value on community service and pro bono work, which I appreciate.
