Erin Stone is an attorney that shows up (sometimes) unprepared and NOT willing to make the arguments in front of a Judge. She's timid, overconfident and is extremely poor in holding people accountable. Her know it all attitude is not commensirate of results just playing know it all. What can I say. Missed, emails, bad advice, missed deadlines, not showing up to court and leaning on the client for all due dilligence. Erin Stone should be ashamed of herself. To state that she misrepresented herself and skills was an understatement. We once were handed off to Dan Gilfoyle whonpresented himself as head of this class and savant. Like the prior review the guy could not shut his mouth and revive any feedback. Low class | Low Skill | Ghosting attorneys that want a premium for not arguing a case or listening to clients.
Warning: Avoid This Firm My husband’s initial consultation was with Marilyn Kapuan, who referred us to Daniel Kilfoyle. Unfortunately, our experience with Kilfoyle was extremely disappointing. He seemed inexperienced, like someone still in law school, and we ended up wasting over $15,000 with no favorable outcome. Though my husband’s support was reduced by $130, Kilfoyle’s handling of the case did not reflect this. Instead, my husband had to pay hefty fines to reinstate his license and avoid contempt charges. When we went to court last week, Kilfoyle repeatedly urged my husband to accept the court’s recommendation, claiming, "You know the Judge *** doesn't like you," despite our clear desire to present our case before the judge. It felt like their primary focus was on billing rather than fighting for our best interests. I strongly advise seeking a law firm that will truly advocate for you. You may end up very frustrated with this firm’s approach.

I am glad I hired the folks at Bovis, Kyle, Burch and Medlin. I received multiple referrals from friends to use them and I am glad I did. Charles, Marilyn, and Daniel and the rest of the team were great helping me in a very complicated financial divorce case (3 years)... It involved multiple businesses that were owned seperately and together. The opponent had 3 law firms (not 3 lawyers... 3 LAWFIRMS) working for them and Charles was up to the challenge. He is unbelieveable in court. He is a true trial attorney.... He is very experienced and comfortable in the court room - if you need to go to trial. He adjusts and changes strategy like a great NFL coach during “game time”- trial. They also helped me with family law and helped me get 50/50 with a difficult ex.
