BEWARE --CON ARTIST-He took $850 and disappeared, then was arrogant after tracking him down. Reported him to AR Supreme Court of Professional Conduct for discipline. Should not be allowed to practice law!

I hired mr. Brackett in January and my case was in June. I never once had a sit down with him, nor did he ever talk with me about my case. The whole time all I was able to do was talk with is assistant, which she in sured me everything was going just fine and mark would be at court, seeing as how I never got to meet with him. Anyhow my court date came up and no lawyer. Mark never showed up at the hearing..... wouldn't not recommend him to anyone!!
