The whole team needs customer service training. Alexis the paralegal needs to be retrained. They do not treat people right. I was just a number to them and they won’t get any money out of me. Mike Brander needs to re-evaluate his whole staff. Shannon the receptionist was the only one who was kind.

You would have to be crazy to go with another company. These guys won Best of New Orleans 2 years in a row. Now that I've gone there I know why they are the best. They truly know what they are doing and are great at it! I will be recommending them to all my friends and family for sure. I can't imagine an attorney who cares more than Mike!

June 1, 2019 my world was turned upside down by a driver distracted, who hit me from behind doing 55 mph. I have never been involved in an accident before.
