I had a fall and contacted them and was denied representation. Turns out I fractured my hip and have lived in pain for over 6 months. I now have representation from Jeff Greenburg .

The whole team needs customer service training. Alexis the paralegal needs to be retrained. They do not treat people right. I was just a number to them and they won’t get any money out of me. Mike Brander needs to re-evaluate his whole staff. Shannon the receptionist was the only one who was kind.
