During the year prior to my 95 year old mother's death, navigating the tangled web of challenges to and for long-term care for a mother who was blind and living alone with dementia, limited mobility,, and limited resources was a nightmare - until the the Emory Center for Integrated Memory Care referred me to Chris Brannon. Before then, I was unaware of Elder Care as a legal specialty. What a pleasant surprise when Chris patiently untangled the options and answered questions arising during the time my mother moved from hospitalization to assisted living and finally into a nursing home where she died. Then, after my mother's death he and others at the firm guided me through the probate process with that same patience and empathy.
