We've used Totus Business Center two different times and from our first contact with both Debra and Linda, we were able to hold whole staff development meetings with ease. The rooms are spacious, clean, and organized. The amenities are nice and the staff is extremely helpful. We will be using them again!

I would have to say that entering my 20th year here I am the longest tenured tenant at Totus. There are certain reasons why you stay with a landlord for that amount of time and it goes way beyond loyalty. The staff here is professional, courteous and amazingly efficient. In any organization there will always be a turnover in staff over a prolonged period of time but it seems that each time someone capable leaves, the replacement seems to be just a shade better. The current office manager, Debra Kahn never misses a beat. Whatever is needed on my end is promptly and efficiently handled on her end. The somewhat new receptionist, Linda Spina has a professional calming phone presence that several of my clients have already complimented and she is always pleasant with a never ending smile on her face. Ownership and upper management have always been there to listen, understand and offer solutions when things get tough! This is why you stay for this amount of time.

Totus Business Center has an extremely friendly and helpful staff. We recently began running online computer training classes out of one of their offices. The people at Totus Business Center have been very good at making sure our equipment and room is ready to go in the morning for our students and have been great at making sure our students are taken care of during the day. This is particularly helpful to us as we don't have any permanent staff of our own on hand at the center. We rely on the Totus Business Center staff to be our surrogates when dealing face to face with our students and they do a great job.

I grew my law firm in the Totus Business Center from 2002 to 2006, before moving to traditional space within the building, and am still here leasing in 2021. The staff at Totus were attentive to my needs and the needs of my clients, treating them with respect and courtesy even as they helped other tenants in the business center. I have been a tenant of Totus Business Center for awhile and I plan on staying here. The girls at the front desk are the best! They greet me every morning with a smile and are always willing to help. This is the only review I have ever written and it is well deserved. I look forward to going to my office everyday because Totus is such a great environment to work in.
