Michelle Simons was the closing attorney for the buyers in a transaction that I was the seller. She postponed our closing multiple times for what seemed to be no reason and in doing so messed up the timing of when I received my money and therefore delayed a few construction projects that I could not continue until after this closing and money was received. I found out at the closing, that she would not be attending because of a medical reason pertaining to what her own clients said was a back surgery. So she delayed my closing for her own personal medical reasons and lied about it and then never even showed up at the closing. Her clients did not know enough to not say this at the closing. The lawyer who was present in her absence messed up the amount on the checks that I was supposed to be paid and messed up all of the amounts for the realtors checks. Overall, I would never recommend specifically Michelle Simons. She was extremely rude to me for no apparent reason and all the other above listed reasons. If i could give this firm a 0 star rating I would.
