If you ever want to be robbed and ignored then this law firm is the one for you. My experience with the Neary firm was beyond poor. When I asked for a simple task to be completed for 6 months(which was never completed which led me to switch attorneys) was completed in 2 months by another attorney we hired. He is rude and unprofessional. If you look closely at the reviews you can see they are just from his colleagues. I wish you all the best outcome in your case and hope this review finds you well.

Terrible experience. Thought he, Mr. Neary would be more knowledgeable about the law, he was not. He did not listen to what I had to say on multiple occasions. He listened, but he did not REALLY listen. I gave him specific things to handle for me, and he failed at several turns. He was very busy, which may be OK, but he was too busy to handle my case properly. He did not dedicate the proper amount of time. I fell as tough he failed me and my family. I would not recommend him at all. Also funny that most of the review on google are mostly posted by people with only 1 or 2 reviews. Makes me skeptical about their validity.

Honestly, after calling around to different attorneys, including a female attorney who represented a rapper and did well with that, I felt more comfortable going with the Neary team. They gave me hope whereas, that other attorney was only concerned about making $250 for her phone consultation. Then she wanted a $7500 retainer. If you have any experience with attorneys who require retainers, you know that bill always exceeds the initial retainer amount. I received a flat rate for the entire case with the Neary team. No hidden fees. I prefer to have a set price.

Very thankful for this group! I came to Brian months before my case was initiated. Brian took his time to prepare himself in the event anything went into motion and it did, nearly 6 months later. I reached out to Brian immediately on a Friday night, he was with me in Court that following Monday. This was a very comforting experience especially for someone who has never been involved with the law. Brian is a fighter in the Court room and I felt secure in his advocacy for me. Suzanne Axel was assigned to my case immediately after my first hearing. I do not have enough amazing things to say about Suzanne! She explained all of my charges in extreme detail so I was aware of all possible scenarios, this continued with each progression of my case. She was compassionate and informative. She consistently reminded me any decision about the case was mine but advised me with my best interest in mind without failure. Suzanne is determined to get the best possible outcome for her clients and I really couldn't be more thankful!!
