Rip off. Paid him over 10k for one court appearance that was not even 30 minutes, and to file 2 motions. He didn't file the original divorce correctly, not including very pertinent information. He goes through a company called marble so he can blame the rip off on them, but he was contracted through them for a reason, and that reason was to get paid over 10 thousand dollars for about 2 hours of work. There should be laws preventing lawyers from taking advantage of people like this...
I have had Brian Hilderley represent my business several times and would highly recommend him to anyone in need. His communication was excellent, he represented us very well and was very prepared when we went to court. I was very impressed with his professionalism, attitude and understanding. LOVE THIS GUY AND STAFF! I had a lawyer that I felt was misrepresenting me and could never answer any of my questions through 95% of my divorce. I was getting buried and on the losing end so 3 weeks before trial I demanded answers just for him to quit on me and remove himself from my case. I was mind blown, like what am I going to do etc. I immediately started interviewing new lawyers and ended up choosing Brown & Hilderley and in just 3 weeks Brian Hilderley did some serious work and managed to completely flip my entire case into my favor going from an every other weekend dad to joint custody 50-50 right down the middle. I can only imagine how much better things would of been if I hired him from the get go but at the end of the night I'm extremely grateful and would highly recommend him to anyone. THANK YOU!
This lawyer does absolutely nothing he is very lazy worthless inconsiderate, he needs to go back to law school although I don’t think anybody can teach somebody how to deal with the public appropriately. Customer service skills might be a benefit to someone like this.
Not Good. Brian Hilderly represented me in a criminal case. I would not recommend him. He does not return calls communicates poorly and could not tell me court dates and times
