Worst company ever. I've dealt with several debt collectors on medical Bill's worked out payment plans worked my way through the debt. I have paid off roughly $20,000.00 that. I responded to the hearing saying I dont owe the debt because I'm on Medicaid. Woke up one morning out of nowhere and my accounts were drained and froze. Tried to call and got nowhere. They should be disbarred.

They worked with us on our payment and responded to each message in a timely manner so we could resolve our issue.

I received notice a few months ago about a debt owed and the amount. They did not list who the original debtor was, and I constantly reached out to Matt the person over my case and he did not return one phone call. I could not truthfully say whether I owed a debt or not when the details weren’t provided. It was medical bills so they stated it isn’t enclosed due to privacy laws. They then tried to garnish my account and never gave me the opportunity to pay them or work out a payment plan

Paid them in full, made sure to receive a letter stating the judgement was paid in full and that it would be cleared. The next day they took money from my account and I had to wait 5 days for it to return. Don’t trust their word, ALWAYS get a receipt even if they act like it is a huge deal for them to do.

Thought they were great(even thought they are debt collectors) it was a debt that I owed and they were willing to make payment arrangements. Then I didnt have a job for 3 months and needed to cancel a payment. Told me they would cancel it and next thing I know it is taken out of my account and account is overdrawn. I would have gotten it covered if they told me they couldn't cancel it but this was not what they said. They caused a major head ache and dont care. Completely changed my mind about them and have now made me want to fight against them just to give them a problem like they caused me.
