Absolute scam artists. Watch your garnishments CLOSELY and keep all of your own documentation! This office took me to court for a garnishment that I had paid in full over two years ago. I showed up to court with a letter from their law office stating that the account had been paid in full, and they told the judge that the letter was invalid, and the account had not been paid. After three court appearances, I was told that I had to pay the full amount again. Now their office has returned checks from my employer on more than one occasion and has dragged this case out for a total of three and a half years. I have called their office and so has the payroll department on several occasions, with no answer and no returned phone calls or explanation for why checks are returned every so often completely at random. Absolutely ridiculous. They should lose their license to practice law. Edit to add: They have intentionally avoided phone calls and refused to respond to voicemails. After over a month of attempted contact, they have added an additional interest charge after they returned the final payment with no explanation. PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!!!!

I had been making payments with them for almost 2 years. I forgot one month, it happens did you ever forget before I have. I went to send a payment and notice that there was money missing from my personal savings account. They said I had 10 days from the time I received a certified letter. The day I got the letter in the mail they garnished my savings account. They took all the money I have saved for my daughters girls scout camp this year. They also took more than what I owed and instructed me to go in front of the judge to get it back. I want to know how person, me, makes payments for 2 years straight years and only has 4 more payments left a flight risk on not finishing the agreement. I even gave them a down payment of $2000 to start the agreement. This firm needs to be audited for shady practices and unkept agreements. This is Wrong

They are literally Liars. They never give you the time to even start making payments. They just send a jugdement off and boom all your money is gone with no remorse. No money to pay for food , bills, or toiletries

I would not pay these people. I went to their website and there is no info on your account which means they can rip you off.

Worst company ever. I've dealt with several debt collectors on medical Bill's worked out payment plans worked my way through the debt. I have paid off roughly $20,000.00 that. I responded to the hearing saying I dont owe the debt because I'm on Medicaid. Woke up one morning out of nowhere and my accounts were drained and froze. Tried to call and got nowhere. They should be disbarred.
