This law firm is stretched too thin. They were not able to represent me as they promised despite all the money I paid them over the last two years. They admitted to making several errors in regards to representing me. They took my money and didn't do what they were paid to do. I trusted them and they did me wrong. They don't take the time to read the filings from the opposing party or to catch small little mistakes they make. More than a year has gone by and I've received no billing from them. How can a law firm run when they don't put their bills in? They were more concerned with chasing larger clients instead of taking care of the existing clients they had. I as well as my husband are in the process of filing a legal malpractice suit against J. Spencer Bryan and Steven Terrill. I have a recording of Steven Terrill lying, and also telling me to delete documents that were subpoenaed.

Spencer & Steven are very good/respectable attorneys. They represented me on a malicious prosecution case I had against the state of Oklahoma. I know for a fact these guys spent a lot of their own personal money to defend my civil rights. The out come might not of been what I wanted, but still, I would use these attorneys again hands down. case's are only won & tossed out by judges not lawyers, some clients forget that. But these attorneys will fight for your rights. Thanks Bryan & Terrill for all your hard work/time.

Completely screwed up my case because they were working with opposing council to make sure nothing would happen in my case. They took my money and ran. They refused to file my very obvious Title XI violation and denied there was even one every time I asked about it. If they don't do your case on contingency, don't trust them to put in the time or effort on your case that it deserves.
