Don’t go it alone. After my car was totalled, I just didn’t feel comfortable dealing with the auto insurance companies. They were all happy to cover my car, but not as enthusiastic when it came to my other bills. I decided I needed help and that’s when a friend recommended Clay Mitchell. This review is long overdue but as time has went on I still am forever grateful for this man and everything he did for me. I got rear ended by a drunk driver in June 2020 the first weekend of looting and protesting during the covid pandemic, my car flipped and the driver was of course drunk. Safeway has things in fine printing so they don’t have to help you essentially when the time comes but clay worked hard to get them to fix my vehicle. He sent me to a really wonderful physical therapy that did wonders for me financially and physically. He is hands down one of the best attorneys out there and he really cares which makes it all that much of a better experience when it comes to accidents and feeling like you will be okay and compensated.
