Highly NOT recommended for property closings! First they screwed up the numbers and shorted me $1270. Next rather than correct the issue they ignored all communication. Took a certified letter to get a response which came from a new lawyer who then went radio silent as well. If you want things done right don't hire this firm!

ZERO communication! Definitely not recommended for closings on properties. Mistakes made and no effort to correct them. Would rather ignore their clients.

Mr. Butler was very kind and understanding with me. He took me in quickly on a very urgent matter. He gave me an understanding of my legal relationship with each aspect of my situation providing me with the confidence and peace of mind that I needed to move forward. These people are a great asset.
