Awful! They foreclosed on neighbors house which now has squatters in it with a major leak that has flooded my rental property kitchen. Nick Durdock never returns call. This organization is completely non responsive. These types of companies need more federal and state oversight. They have no regard for other people's properties that their clients leave to destroy. The house has been vacant for a year and not one person has been there to secure it or cut off the water. It is a firetrap which has now been reported to the city. BWW is aware, but has not informed their clients. Banks that foreclose should have a law where they have to do the upkeep to these properties. Where is the bank's duty ?
It goes without saying that it is painful to go through foreclosure, but I work with a lot of foreclosure law firms and this firm may be the best I have ever worked with. They are professional and responsive and do right by the borrowers and the servicers/investors.
Whats the purpose of sending notices if they never get back to you when a lawyer calls repeatedly. Just in business to make Money off foreclosure sales that's it.
They are very impatient when you call over the phone.
Good access to Metro and buses, and there is a parking lot and structure for the office park.
