So grateful for the patience and guidance that C.E. Schmidt & Associates provided me as I was going through my divorce 3 years ago. Although it is amicable, emotions often run high regardless. Eric gave great counsel, and the entire staff were quick with response. Recently, needed guidance with modification orders. Michelle gave knowledgeable advice with step-by-step help. They work hard to represent you, the client, to meet the needs that you have. I highly recommend this Law firm to those in need of representation.

My original attorney poorly represented me in my mediation and divorce agreement. I was very unhappy with the outcome when my needs were not met. I was referred to C.E. Schmidt & Associates. I spoke with Eric who was very compassionate and understood my concerns. Eric was able to point out the mistakes to the mediator regarding improper representation that I received by my first attorney. Eric was able to obtain an arbitration hearing and pointed out the mediator’s mistakes in that mediation. I was very satisfied with the arbitration outcome. I am very thankful for his attention and compassion regarding my issues.

10/10 I would highly recommend ! My ex hired a really good attorney and had me served. He had a court ordered placed on me where I wasn’t able to see my son. I spent a couple weeks researching attorneys, and about made myself sick knowing I needed a good strong attorney. I really liked C.E. Schmidt & Associates, PLLC website and the research I had done. From the moment I walked into Michelle’s office for my consultation she was so welcoming. I had a really complex case and she was able to follow everything I laid out on the table to her. We were really able to use the most of our time and came up with a game plan. By the time I had left her office I knew that God placed me right where I needed to be. I walked in feeling hopeless and walked out feeling full of hope. I hired Michelle and she dug right in! She guided me through one of the worst and most stressful times of my life! She really cared about me on a personal level! She’s such a knowledgeable person with child custody and the law in general. She really does her homework on your case. She’s a very fair person and will do everything in her power to get you what you deserve and want. Thankfully, after 9 long hours we were able to settle my case in mediation.
