Kevin Calnan helped me develop a two tiered will, associated with assuring a Trust first, which in the unlikely event that I pre-decease my mother, the existing financial care for her will continue AND secondly, under normal circumstances (my death, following after my mother's), that my significant other will be provided for, in addition to providing some financial assistance to my siblings.
