If you’re considering using this company, make sure you stay far away from Alona Serebro. She is unprofessional & disrespectful. I’m a tenant in a house that shes selling - and I’ve communicated with and worked things out with my current landlord, yet she still is making unnecessary threats about lawsuits and keeping my deposit. She thinks I have no power or legal rights in this situation so shes continuously treated me with zero respect. I doubt this is how the rest of the realtors here conduct business, but the fact that shes representing her company in this manor is pathetic.
