I am a licensed Realtor in Arizona and I had the most awful experience with Sean Cannon. He is by far the most unethical lawyer I have ever encountered. He will not return phone calls. he rarely returns emails. And his lack of communication makes it very hard to work with him. During this short sale process, he intentionally files a judgment against the seller and proceeded with garnishment of wages even though we were in the closing process of this transaction. he also tacked on outrageous fees knowing we were closing the deal and he would get paid. These frivolous fees were never detailed out. Just an awful experience.

This place is a joke. I understand i had agreed to pay back the HOA that needed to be paid. 3 years later, i am still paying, and i have asked him to give me the beginning balance, so i can calculate all the payments, that have been paid out to him , and we can compare the balance that i owe. For some reason he can NOT give me a straight answer as to what my beginning balance was, he just keeps giving me what i currently owe. I really feel that i am being ripped off, and i have over paid this person more than what i should have. Now i need to reach out for legal help, its not fair that he can take advantage of people like this.

This company took over our Home Association and has been absolutely TERRIBLE! I am not a person that writes many reviews. But when you do not answer or reply to phone calls and emails and instead send bill after bill with added charges for ‘not responding’ then you best believe I am going to write a review and share how terrible it has been since they have taken over our home association. I am about to get a lawyer so we can deal with these completely unprofessional and non responsive “professionals”.

if i could give it a -5 stars i would. got served papers from cannon and hoa for 11k for missing 6 hoa payments@ $65 a month... even with fines, late fees, interest and all the bs fees... does not make up 11k... it was due to honest mistake had payments set up on auto pay and they kept on returning the payments because the hoa changed the address to their payments... my bad...i get it, should of paid more attention, have been calling for a week leaving messages... no response... i always get their answering machine...................worthless.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I've had to deal with Sean Cannon since 2012. He is unprofessional: does not reply to correspondence in a timely fashion, does not address topics of concern and worst of all, tacks on fees at any given opportunity, even when his work/accuracy is what needed to be reviewed and corrected. He makes a living off of those that cannot defend themselves. DO NOT USE CANNON LAW FIRM. He is the prime example of lawyer/liar.
