Legal Aid Of Northwest Texas

I called to ask a question I was given a person that acted like they didn't care, They finally sent me a letter that was not sealed up anybody could read it and they did, That's not away to do good business. My rights was violated and I was viciously threaten.

This is a place is a joke if you want to be talked to like trash. The lady was extremely rude over the phone.

Received a call from an attorney Michael. He was very rude, aggressive, and didn't care to fully understand what I was saying. He kept cutting me off mid sentence and I finally decided to just to hang. He definitely needs to a new profession. And even went as far as saying " you can't sue people because you're mad", really? I'm not going to waste me time on something there was nothing there. Michael you need an attitude check, or better yet tell your wife she needs to start giving it up more so you won't come to work being such a pain in the a**

Legal Aid is extremely under funded no doubt and I most definitely agree that their attorneys only want to take the "easy" cases. They turned me away because my ex husband obtained an attorney to file for divorce but I was not there for them to point out what it was my husband had done, I was there to try and obtain an attorney to represent ME! I was told they were unable to assist with my case. Also everyone I spoke with was very rude and it was all a wast of time! This organization in my opinion should be shut down because they do not help people anyway.
