This company has rude people working here. I just want to finish paying on this debt so I don't have to deal with them anymore. Even when you make a payment and you couldn't make the full amount owed they are still rude and threaten to go back to court to request for a garnishment. The hospital really need to try to make a payment arrangement with a patient before dealing with them. I didn't even know I owed on a hospital bill (thought my insurance handled it) until I received a garnishment notice from them (which was only stopped because I was able to QUICKLY answer them back to the court). These people don't care.

I contacted this firm to make sure I had a payment arrangement set up because I'm one of the nice people that actually work to pay my bills on time. KATHY said I wasn't late and arrangements had already been worked out, but KATHY was so rude and condescending without provocation that I ended up hanging up the phone with my hands shaking. Why? Why do people have to be so mean? Please do not support this business if you can help it. I understand that bill collectors are looking for an argument, but why start off a conversation with someone like that who is being kind to you???? This was a horrible way to begin my day.

After having a heart bypass, the hospital billed us for charges that the insurance company said wasn't within their contracted rate. This law office was given the account for collections. They proceeded to call my company cell phone rather than my home number, repeatedly each day. I told them to not call my company cell number. They filed a judgment even as the insurance company negotiated with the hospital. They never told us they were filing with the courts. Their reason for this is because they said I told them to NEVER CALL ME. They emptied our bank account 13 days before Christmas causing a massive over draw on our account and pretty much ruining Christmas for my kids. After the garnishment went through, we continued to get letter from the courts setting up mandatory court dates until this law office supplied them with documentation. No one at this office would or could help in the matter and I'm still getting letters from the court even though I've supplied them with bank statements. Rude and inconsiderate even AFTER taking your money.

wish i could give less, this place is terrible. I wish the hospital will stop dealing with this bootleg law firm. They will garnish your bank acct and wages even if you are willing to work with them. They are horrible with communication and all of the individuals who work there are extremely rude and ignorant.

This is a scam please be aware. They are after your social and want you to pay immediately. "To avoid court". Please do not fall victim to this.
