Had my insurance rate go up about 38% from 130$ to 180$ for the "high # of claims associated w/my zip code" that was cancelled immediately. I find it unacceptable to be penalized for something outside my driving record & claims. I will say that I will miss having someone on the team such as Marc who is excellent at his job & a man of his word. To him I give 5 stars.

When in to make a claim. I was advised to go to Safelite to have my sunroof replaced. Waited over a week to find out they don't do that work. Will have to go back to Allstate Insurance and let them know. Wasted a week on that adventure. My car dealship, Larry H Miller American Toyota, handled it for me.

I have been in contact with a gal named Lena, and I was paying insurance on my deceased mothers home. She NEVER sent me the confirmation first of all. Secondly, I kept calling her back trying to bundle my truck and house, and here we are 3 weeks later and nothing. DISAPPOINTED! All I want is my proof of insurance, and I can't even get that after being a customer with them since I was 17, and I'm now almost 50! Ridiculous!

I have been with Allstate since I was 19 years old and now about be turning 56. I have always been happy with my agents and staff at Allstate Insurance. When I wed my husband thirty years ago, I also brought him along with me. Now my daughter has purchased insurance with Allstate. We are a happy Allstate family.

If you want loan shark prices for simple home owners insurance go with these crooks! They will leave you high and dry. Pathetic people pathetic agency pathetic company.
