Carter Mario Law Firm is amazing. They made my entire process easy and not only did they take care of everything they kept me updated every step of the way. Very professional and they made sure that I got what I deserved for me and my daughter.

Very nice at first. My wife was rear ended at a red light with kids in the car. Wife and one of my kids went to the ER. The attorney assigned used alot of profanity. He didnt explain on how the whole process worked. Told us the amount and we really weren't satisfied. We took the offer basically because he insisted (under 10k total). After a awhile he switched his assistant and would not even give us his full name even after we asked. Attorney became snarky after we questioned him on a few things. Definitely would not recommend this agency. ***Update**** Managment did see the reviews and had the attorney call to apologize.

They where on top with everything responded and answer all my questions right away.

They staff are very proffesional and pleasant. I'll go ba k to see in any legal issues.
