Prior to this, our interactions were cordial, and my initial payment was processed promptly. However, since then, I have experienced a significant change in her demeanor, which I perceive as retaliatory. Her unprofessional conduct has resulted in repeated delays in my workers' compensation payments, causing undue hardship. Despite assurances from her manager, Ms. Lynn Vazquez, that payments would be made weekly, I continue to experience delays. I am concerned that Elizabeth's behavior may be motivated by a personal bias rather than a commitment to fulfilling her job responsibilities. I believe it is essential for Zurich to provide its employees with comprehensive customer service training to ensure that claimants receive fair and respectful treatment. I urge the management to address this matter and ensure that employees like Elizabeth Heller adhere to the company's standards of professionalism and customer care." Or, if you want to make it even more polished: "I have observed a notable decline in the quality of service provided by Elizabeth Heller following my decision to seek legal representation. Our initial interactions were productive, and my first payment was processed efficiently. However, subsequent communications have been marked by an uncooperative tone and significant delays in payment processing. This place deserves zero stars! I have never spoken to someone so rude and angry in my life. Melissa Robles (Senior Worker's Comp Adjuster) is just angry for no reason! My brother has been calling regarding an email that was sent, that she act like she never received! She has been screening calls and not answering for him but today, she answered from my number. How ironic! This lady is supposed to be a Senior Adjuster and has absolutely no customer service skills. I wouldn't want anyone like her working for my company. She's giving this company a bad name for sure. By far the worst and nastiest person I've ever spoken to on the phone. She has zero patience and her goal is to not help you! I will continue to advocate for my love one's when needed and this was necessary!
I had a turbo go out on my 2011 ram on April 10, 2020 in New Jersey. Brought it to garage. Called Zurich they said they would send an adjuster out within 24 to 48 hours and it was close to the 48. He took his pics and left. 5 hours later he contacts garage and says they need turbo tore apart with more pics to see if it was ware and tear or defect. So garage did that, that wasn’t enough now they want the garage to tear apart a sealed unit, which can’t be done. So they denied my claim. So now I have to pay for the extra labor the insurance wanted the garage to do. Finally truck done7 days later. 6500.00 in debt. They are crooks
All this company can do - open claim number and forget about you. Today is March 31, 2014, and I'm waiting to schedule appointment to Ultrasound since February 11, 2014. This company never answers your phone-calls. I do not recommend Zurich Insurance!
This company is a fraud. I do not know how a company like this is allowed to conduct business, because they don't conduct business. It is a put up front! Had an awfully bad accident at Resorts Casino Hotel. Zurich is suppose to be their insurance company for patrons. They are the best at giving you the run around. They also hire liars and cheats. I would be embarrassed to say that I worked for such a company. They are the absolute pits!
