No complaints about preparation of my parent's estate, but they were NOT helpful when one of them passed. I had no idea what to do and when I called, I was told to schedule a meeting once I took inventory, but then would not return my calls. The saddest and most stressful moment of my life and to be treated this way is disappointing.
