Frank DeVincent is a top notch, amazing, intelligent attorney with a wealth of legal and financial knowledge and expertise. He made the painful process bearable and always had my best interest in mind. He drafted as iron clad document as possible and took into account events that may occur in the future. I could rest assured that an expert was handling my case and that was extremely reassuring. I can absolutely understand why an attorney may decide not to delve into modifications.

Great guy. If you're considering hiring him, ask him what his role will be after your divorce. Often time the actual divorce is just the beginning of the troubles. It's called post decree. Frank is not shy about telling you that he has no interest in helping you with post decree issues even is you were his client beforehand. His focus is dividing up the marital wealth. I'd recommend someone who is willing to represent you through the entire process. **Update: This is not a bogus review, as Frank suggests. After my divorce, my ex began alienating my children from me using very ugly techniques. I asked Frank for help, and he told me his focus was on dividing up assets, he had no interest in handling my case any longer and suggested I contact his new partner - a woman who had just passed her exams. Dealing with child matters after a divorce can't be fun for anyone. Unfortunately, it is necessary sometimes. Don't worry, Frank, it doesn't look like many people read these reviews. BTW, It's been over 4 years since I've seen my daughter.
