I dodged a bullet working for this company. Extremely unprofessional management. That lady who was training us in was extremely inappropriate, used racial connotations, and for some reason aggressively angry. She claimed to be a witch. I found this to be very strange and caused us to feel extremely uncomfortable. I felt like as if I was being interrogated instead of a normal educational training from an employer. They don’t accommodate anyone with disabilities which I found to be unappealing and non-complement as well. I’m a non smoker and felt attacked because of the fact I don’t smoke and they all do. The lady training us in made me feel uncomfortable and was aggressive towards me singling me out in front of my peers for the fact that I don’t smoke even being told I won’t last here and or fit in because of that. She then also verbally attacked me for wearing make up and for the way I dressed which was professional business attire, I feel like I should look professional while helping abused individuals who are seeking help and shelter. The strangest interaction I’ve had in the work place I’ve ever had.

Very very helpful staff. The environment was pleasant and welcoming during my family and I stay at Casda.

This school has great instructors, Ann and Nikki were awesome. It was very hands on and I learned a lot from just 10 weeks. I recommend this school for anyone wanting to be in this field - cheyanna

I was barred from services and told they only help “victims”, since they talked to people who talked to people all on their own and said someone had accused me of child abuse. That’s actually even a lie. I have not been accused of child abuse, and I have a very different case that is still open in which no one was harmed. I had even told them about this in advance. Yet, CASDA told me I am not a victim. Terrible.
