Min and her team were very professional and did an excellent job for my petition. Their communications were always prompt and clear, which helped us understand what’s ahead of us and be better prepared. I would definitely recommend Min and her team to anyone who needs help with the H1b application, especially the startups.

Avoid at all costs. Do your due diligence and pour your hard-earned money somewhere else. All five-star reviews above are either fake or fabricated for mutual benefit—a group of scammers who carry minimum empathy or ethics. One-star ratings reveal the authentic client experience. What comes around comes back, Chan Min.

Min Chan is smart, practical, cost-effective and genuinely nice. Since I first worked with her 15 years ago or so, she was specializing in helping the immigrant community and still does just this. What a great lawyer and a great human being. May God continue to bless her warm heart and her brilliant legal mind.

Min is a thoughtful and knowledgeable attorney on EB-5 projects. The professionalism and level of care she brings is evident as she explains the process clearly and is transparent on expectations from both sides. I would recommend Min and her team to anyone seeking help with EB-5 related questions.

Not an attorney you want to work with. I was a client of her. Min Chan got me sign her engagement letter, once the deal is sealed and the retainer money is already in her pocket, she then asked for extra fees, claiming that the case is 'time-consuming.' The retainer amount that I already paid and agreed to was $2500 and she requested additional payment to become $18000. When I chose to discharge her because of her inability to commit to the contract, she would not return the retainer. I then asked for the log of time spent on my case. She billed for services which we agreed to be performed for free, such as the initial consultation. Not only that, she also charged me for the email conversation that she sent to check if I am planning to switch attorney. Please note that this email conversation should not be in the billing, because it has nothing to do with my case and is not what she is paid to do. Does not matter who I want to see or if I want to change attorney, she still has the obligation to perform services that are listed on the contract. In fact, me giving my time to sooth her insecurities is a luxury to her. I should be the one charging her for my time! A client is under no obligation to express if he wants to switch an attorney and it is not her place to want to find out about that. Last but not least, she charged $0.10 per page for the printing of case file material. Who charge $0.10 for a page for printing? I want to help other immigrants who are planning to hire her to think many times before they enter into a contract, because I have been in their shoes. Their clock is ticking and their time here in the United States is more precious than ever. Don't let time pass by only to get your attorney refuse work in the middle of a case and milk your money.
