The worst solicitors I have ever encountered. Illiterate and inefficient. Also unable or unwilling to answer straightforward questions. Don't even expect common courtesy from this appalling outfit. One star is one too many!

Enjoyed an excellent service from Michelle and Eleanor in the conveyancing team as they handled the sale of my late Mother's property in Bradford. Very very shocking solicitors firm.nnThey talk over you and make several accusations they can not back. I asked for a specific solicitor and I was passed to a trainer who belittled me and further to tell me rubbish that had no involvement to my case or why I was ringing. The solicitors here think they are God's and above the law.nnIt's actually halarious to listen to what credits some of the solicitors have as when dealing with the majority of them it's hard to even understand if they have a law degree or are training as a solicitor.nnWe have waited for a response from a client who messed up our Kicthen, since dealing with this rude solicitors firm we haven't had any correspondence from them, they don't back up there argument, and they don't give evidence. nnSkip this firm 100% ive been on the phone now 15 minutes on hold. And the polite receptionist decides to tell myself that when dealing with me she doesn't deal in proper respect. Because I'm the rudest person ever!. I'm reporting this firm and some of there solicitors and I intend to visit to see how they speak to me face to face, As clearly over the phone they think any thing goes. The most disrespectful belittling poor quality solicitors firm I've ever dealt with in my life. I have to give a star to give A review but there a joke.

Awful, incompetent, unjustifiably expensive and arrogant. Im complaining to Legal Ombudsman relating to their appalling service and ridiculous charges. Keep away.

Avoid these like the plague. They milk money from you, month after month and never achieve results. Very, very slow and costly. They quote for each section of work, but always turns out to be double. The worst experience of my life.
