DO NOT use them. These people make mistakes. They prepared our documents in 2018 and made a big mistake on documents. Now I am struggling with correcting it. I have to contact the multiple entities to get each one's approval, which wastes my days and weeks.

I have been working with this group for years. They always do an exceptional job preparing legal and loan documents. I will definitely keep using them in the future. They are my "go to" group!
