We have sent forms AR-11 to change address to address listed in AR-11 instruction. We have prove of delivery from mail service. But Chicago Asylum Office REFUSED to change our address and REFUSED to continue answering emails!nnOfficial AR-11 form says:nMail your completed Form AR-11 to: rnU.S. Department of Homeland rnSecurity Citizenship and Immigration Services rnAttn: Change of Address rn1344 Pleasants Drive rnHarrisonburg, VA 22801nnHowever, 2 months later after sending to this address we got email from Chicago Asylum office saying:nThe address has NOT been changed. Send the letter changing the address to the address below.nDepartment of Homeland SecuritynUSCISnChicago Asylum Officen181 West Madison StreetnnOfficial PUBLIC INQUIRY BY EMAIL USCIS policy says:nTo increase efficiency and to make it easier for the public to contact the Chicago Asylum Office, we have instituted a public mailbox. xa0Inquiries may be made to the office through this public mailbox. xa0You can make inquiries on pending cases, ask questions on procedural matters, or follow-up on correspondence.nnHowever, on our further questions we got only one response containing phrase:nPlease do not send emails to this address.nnAbsolutely non-polite and rude phone support receptionist.nnI believe everyone is afraid to complain or file lawsuit against this organization. But they violate human rights, making unreasonable delays with work authorizations, do not maintaining basic ethics principles, etc. They hold monopoly for immigration and use their position to behave like a dictator. nDo not afraid and research Internet! File mandamus lawsuits, complain to senators! Share your experience publicly! Make these guys do their work instead of getting benefits from their work!

The phone operator is very rude and disrespectful

The phone operator was very direspectful. I was just so blown away at how badly she spoke to me on the phone. Never had I ever had something like this happen to me before. I really hope something gets done.
