The children counsel and the whole children court is a corrupted organization. They do not allow the children to have a voice. They all work together to go against you to have a case open so they can all get paid with tax payers money. They all work against you. The children counsel was Sara Sheybany McCann from Children's Law Center. We emailed her about the neglect the children were enduring under DCFS supervision while placed in the care of their absentee mother. Not once did Sara Sheybany McCann returned an email. Also, the dependency lawyers reads off the lies written by the social worker. Martin Lee Law Firm dependency lawyer Mr. Michael Green and his supervisor Lori Davis just sits back and hear what the county counsel representing DCFS got to say. The dependency lawyers or children counsel will not support you with visitation or trying to plea your case with evidence. They all work together (DCFS, dependency lawyer, children counsel, the court) to prolong the case so they can all get pay and have a job. The emotional distress and psychological abuse the children and family have to endure with the lies DCFS social workers Wade Shinn, Yolanda Hilario, and Alejandra Gandarilla Herrera states in court documents. They will commit perjury and the dependency lawyer will state this is the not the court house for this. Then when you lose custody based on false allegations, lies on court documents, and biased from the social workers, the dependency lawyer and his supervisor state to wait 6 months to take it back to Family court. We didn't want no 6 months and took it back to Family Court as soon as custody was lost. Went to family court, and the judge recognized all the errors and biased conducted and regain full custody of the children.

Jennifer Lorson how do you sleep with all the lives you destroy? You do not believe in reunification you believe in tearing families apart to the point of no return ? Now my son has A-walled because of you ! Your lucky that I didn’t stay around for anything that happened it court room cause if I had I would have gladly caught a case putting you out of my business with my son and back in your place where you belong

Wonderful court, I loved having to come here and be forced into the kids area where I sit for hours not allowed to use my own cellular device and must wander about the same area until they drive me home. Also the security guard where the lawyers offices are? 101 centre plaza? Hes got some power tripping issues so yenno ???????? be careful. The staff otherwise is really sweet.

I completely agree with the other Yelper on here. She didn't miss a beat! The only thing I can add is to 'Marsden-off' (magic words are 'Break Down In Communication'. Guarantee to get your attorney replaced) your childrens/or your attorney, if they are NOT representing you or your children. 90% of them don't! My 8 & 10 year old, told me to 'Fire' their public defender, Heather Wilson. Evil person!

No fair at all poor father getting trouble all the time aftee doing everything to the children's and the lawyers never ever talk about that they dont care what is the justice all depend on money so disgusting about the lawyers
