The Paralegals that work there think they are God, and are extremely rude, very insensitive and have not even an inch of empathy. I would never use this firm by choice. Very inexperienced and just unprofessional. Due to their incompetancy you end up paying more. Go else where if you need a lawyer. The paralegals that work there should all be fired or spoken to on how to deal/speak with the public.

blindly calling people with no regard of why, no voicemails, no method to track who is calling, what a joke of a law firm, next is a official complaint with lawyers, and will let them and the BBB handle them since they have no idea who their employees are calling and no way to track anything.. clowns

Really unsure what type of business this is. Have been dealing with Melissa, very unprofessional. No communication skills and I’m pretty sure they are just all call centre reps trying to get their bonus.

High turnover rate, constantly losing payments, changing e-transfer emails, horrible customer service.

These people are straight up scam artists!!!You should Be ashamed of yourselves...NOT PART OF THE BBB... BEWARE PEOPLE
