The receptionist seems to give the wrong answer to questions all the time. I call and request a call back from the lawyer and all I get is crickets. Also, she doesn’t seem to ever recall what she says to people. The receptionist transferred me to Carroll who was very rude to me because I explained that I requested a call back but never got a call back from the lawyer. She said I was being rude because I explained that I have know idea of what to do next since there is a situation with my car. All I called for was clarity and all I got was unprofessional rude Responses. If I could get a refund I definitely would . Like every time I call the receptionist speaks over you and then Carroll does the same thing. Which does nothing but cause frustration. Like the question I had was so simple “is there anything else I need to do about the car?”That’s it that was my question. Somehow my simple questions turn in to an unpleasant confrontation like if you don’t know what to do just get me to the correct person who can simply answer my inquiry. The service here is not free and if my business is unwanted then just say that, don’t take my money and treat me like I don’t matter or like I’m beneath you.
HIS FIRM is one of the best I found out their. Worked long and hard on my case. When call or email him someone from his office responded the same day or next day. I would recommend his firm to you.
They get the job done and with competitive fees. The receptionist is very nice with a great sense if humor. Kinda comes in handy when your filing something as intrusive as a chapter 7 bankruptcy.
