Last week my son went to the hospital to have his heart checked. The pediatrician who examined my child's heart was very caring. The doctors and nurses were all enthusiastic in taking care of me. I am really assured because my child's health care is in the right place! I am very grateful for that!
This place is "always booked". The nurses and techs are very nice. I didn't get the nurses name , but she made my daughter feel very comfortable ! Peter was the ultrasound tech, and did great with my daughter as well for her echo. Definitely need to do better at the front desk, they never schedule your next appointment, they make you call a month ahead to see if there's any openings. Trash , do better.
The procedure went very smoothly and quick. I have had numerous procedures at this facility and every one has been as explained. The nurses checking me in and doing the pre-op were very helpful and explained everything. They were very professional and friendly. Helping me as needed as I have numerous health problems.
It has been 7 hours since my small surgery and I feel great other than little pain. The medical staff was very supportive, friendly and truly care about my requests. My experience has been better than expected!! Thank you for the good work. ??????
Wonderful care here. I saw M Gaetner DO, and Nurses Lindsay and Shannon. All top notch professional staff members. They took care of my medical problem quickly and effectively. Oh, I first went to Cowhorn Creek ER and found out they do not take Medicare.
