Reviews

This firm (meaning Kimi IDE-Foster), has yet to respond to emails we sent. We have reached out multiple times asking Kimi to have her client “So Juicy Hawaii” to return our money. Nothing. At this point it’s theft. Kimi is liable as well as Kwai and Corina. Make things right.
Issues with this law firm but more specifically Kimi Murphy Ide-Foster. If there was a way to have no star review that’s what it would be. This firm represented a business in Hilo called “So Juicy Hawaii” to franchise but I didn’t agree with the contract so didn’t accept. Their client has my money now and Kimi isn’t helping facilitate getting my money back. I have docs saying I own the rights to the mainland. I either want those rights and all that comes with it or my money back. Simple. I’ve reached out and nothing. Not good business practice. I’ll continue to fight for what’s right. You say you have no involvement but when you represent a client you take on the issues at hand. We can make this public if you want. But you know the funds for purchase was stated in the contract so it ties you to it.
