For 8 months I didn't see any results from my first attorney but I made the decision to switch to Melissa mid divorce. Having done it, I can say it was the best decision I could have made for my case. She was always on time with her calls, and made sure to help me prepare for case meetings the day prior. She was very thorough in understanding my needs and answered all my questions whenever I found myself lost or worried. Melissa is great to work with , she really helped me with my divorce and educated me on what I needed to do before hand and was there every step of the way. I 100% would NOT recommend ANYONE using Ms Cipriano or any of her cronies for any services that she offers. Ms Cipriano was an absolute nightmare to work with and I have her & her staff in double-digit lies.. yes LIES! I’ve lost 25lbs due to the stress & anxiety I’ve endured since hiring her & her firm. They LIED to me in an EMAIL stating that there was 25k that needed to go into escrow until “credit card debt was resolved” which turned out to be a total lie and jammed me up horribly as I was an out-of-work Hospitality Sales rep that got affected greatly by COVID. I NEEDED that 25k very badly and you cannot imagine the horror / anger I felt when I was told the money was staying in escrow until the finalization of the MSA. If you come across this firm when doing your due diligence.. keep looking because Cipriano is not a good apple so to speak. She’s one of the most selfish individuals that I have ever met and I will be taking her to court to sue her and bring to the public’s attention the great danger that lies ahead of them if they decide to hire this firm to represent them
