Mr. Richard Richthofen is a breath of fresh air! I sat through a consultation with one of my closets friends and he is very thorough and determined. He did not take advantage of my friends fear or situation to get money out of them. He listened carefully and did a lot of research along with calling some colleagues to get different perspectives. Very disrespectful from the very first foot in the door.Drove 1.5 away for consult due to his assistant being very nice and understanding.Upon arrival one guy ahead of us walked in ,went straight to the back ,we heard talking and heard a man saying hello but thought mabe he was on the phone or talking to the man in the back..after a few tines hearing it ,my son says hello we here to speak to a lawyer and he rudely tells him next time i say hello answer the first time.. and you can hear how rude he was talking with his client in his office.We politely got up and left the building as we were backing up driving away he’s standing at his door with his arms wide-open, shaking his head at us.How rude and weird.Who would want to hire and deal with someone like that?Not us!What a waste of time!
