Our experience with Clark Shaefer Hackett for accounting was a mess from start to finish. High turnover (without informing us that our main POC had left), conflicting information, and high fees. I would not recommend CSH to anyone.

I learned about Clark Schaefer Hackett from a joint seminar where they presented their services to real estate professionals. I followed up with them and sent them my entire tax returns. I then followed up several times and was told they were sorry for dropping the ball and that they would review my tax returns. After three months, we have made no progress. I am one of the biggest commercial investors at my bank so I should be in the range of their target customer. Look elsewhere at a firm that actually values their customers.
