I was getting a divorce and filing bankruptcy at the same time. What I anticipated as an awful ordeal was made bearable by Mark. Mark's expertise and personable demeanor made me comfortable asking him questions I might have been reluctant to ask someone else. He was able to tell me exactly what to expect and when. Knowing how both processes would play out (exactly as he said) made it much easier to navigate and removed a lot of stress from an inherently stressful situation. I had Mr. Cobbs 6 years ago as my lawyer and he was a great help. Thanks to him I was awarded some physical custody of both my children. I couldn't thank him enough. I would like to know how do I go about getting my kids last name changed to mine? Also do I need there dad's permission since the courts took his rights away?

Mark Cobb is a terrible lawyer he act like he for you then he turn around and run off with your money and never answers the phone let alone return a phone call I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to deal with his bull. He is very unprofessional and he take too long to complete things let alone remember what you sent him hell he will send someone else information to you
