I’d have to rate this experience 2-3 stars only because the secretary was very nice. I reached out to this firm last week finally feeling that I’ve made progress with an identity theft situation that happened to my wife and I almost 2 years ago. For 2 years we’ve been dealing with this very stressful situation. We were recommended and I reached out. We scheduled an appointment for that day and about a hour later, I received a call from the office stating that something happened. Perfectly fine, things happen. I called to follow up on Mon b/c I didn’t hear back, I was told that the situation hadn’t changed. Ok, I spent a long time trying to find a lawyer so no worries. I called today and now I’m told he will not take my case with no explanation or anything. I feel like I wasted my time and at least deserved a phone call, an explanation, something. Totally disappointed that I’ve wasted my time when I could have gone elsewhere. Just feel as though it wasn’t handled professionally but nothing surprises me these days.

Even thought my case was an easy matter. I would definitely recommend this firm. Attorney C. Lugo was informative and always addressed my concerns.
