Cohen Hochman & Allen is a great law firm. They are prompt, always very responsive and everyone has great communication. We were assigned Pierre Rivera, Esq. He handled our hearings with professionalism and great knowledgeability. He explained the process and the various possible outcomes. Pierre was able to get a favorable outcome from the DOB. If we need DOB services in the future, we will definitely be using Cohen Hochman & Allen.

Lindsay Garroway was the lawyer assigned to represent me at the DOB hearing. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I had several violations that added up to a lot of money in fines. Due to Mrs. Garroway’s expertise all the violations were dismissed. The price for attending the hearing was reasonable and affordable. No payment was required up front. I highly recommend Cohen Hochman & Allen. I hope to never find myself in this situation again, however, if i do....I would definitely use them again.

we were told to hire a lawyer by DOB because our summons were high. So we did. It didn't help us one bit! we actually spent more money hiring this law firm because they failed to fill out paperwork for us. I even had proof to defend our case but that didn't help. We still had to pay for all violations. My advice just pay the summons, it will be cheaper and you will have it over with.faster.
