My Mom passed away Aril 6, 1999. Still no dispersement of funds form, copy of will. I sent tax return forms to Brittany O'Brien for a refund. She was supposed to send to executor, my brother. Have not heard a word. I can't even file taxes without the dispersement of funds form. Brittany is not an attorney and was given all my information to the penny and felt the need to share it, illegally, with many. They have been nothing but extremely unprofessional. Even after 2 certified letters sent.
CORRUPT! There is right and there is wrong. Cokinos either doesn't know the difference, is too old to comprehend, or is corrupt. Avoid this arbitrator!
