We LOVED working with Julie Gaboriault. As soon as we started working with her we knew we had found a great match and were in very reliable hands. She was so patient in explaining the process to us, constantly sending us new properties to consider, and always made herself available to us even though she has a very busy schedule. Furthermore, she treated us as a close friend would - and quickly got to know us on a personal level (which helped in the process tremendously). We cannot say enough about Julie!

Julie was truly exceptional! She was incredibly attentive, candid, and knowledgable. At each the step of the process we felt that Julie had our best interests in mind, listening as we made little comments at one house, then bringing up things we'd mentioned at a different house a week later. nnMost importantly she got to know us, and got to know what we needed, when we needed it. Whether that was a funny text when a portion of the process was particularly stressful, or keeping the kids distracted in the yard while we discussed pros/cons or took a second walk through a house. nnShe had a great sense of how make the process EASY, or at least make it as easy as it could be.

Krista Lacroix is an excellent agent! We had a unique situation where my husband relocated 3 months prior to our old house closing, he was house hunting in VT while I handled closing/moving from Southern NH. Krista worked with us hand in hand from May until our closing at the end of August. We looked at many homes and she was so accommodating to our crazy schedules. She provided honest insight and kept us grounded during the entire process.
