Do not use Ed if your need has ANYTHING to do with estate law. We were completely miss represented, told we owed money that we did not owe to a family member, and now owe money to the IRS and State. State deductions were never taken out at distribution, how does someone that’s suppose to be representing you not see this!? Multiple phone calls and aggravation for absolutely nothing, I basically did his job- what we paid him to do. Making phone calls on my personal and work time to the IRS and other companies dealing with this estate. What an absolute MESS and huge mistake trusting and paying him for a service that was done incorrectly. Now having to pay ANOTHER accountant and attorney to fix this. ED was aware of the issue with the IRS, told me ( after multiple phone calls of course ) that he would have his accountant work / look at it , and Never did. Never heard from him again.

Thank God I Never hired This individual. Wanted me to retain him for $2,600.00 and wanted $1,500.00 up front. Found another Lawyer who only asked For Much Less than half of that to retain him and gave me 2 months To pay him. and the lawyer I found Did an awesome Job defending Me.
